Teams Voice Recording is a managed Microsoft Teams compliance recording service, built and operated by Type5 Technology. We focus on one problem and do it well: capturing Microsoft Teams voice communications reliably and compliantly for organizations that have to prove what was said. Rather than a general-purpose recording tool, we deliver a purpose-built service around a Microsoft Graph Communications recording bot, running on infrastructure dedicated to each client.
What we do
We provide fully managed compliance recording for Microsoft Teams. That means we run the recording bot, host it on a dedicated server for your organization, capture your in-scope calls automatically, transcribe them with speaker separation, and archive them to your own SharePoint — under your access controls and retention rules. We take the opposite approach: every client runs on a single-tenant, US-hosted, dedicated serverthat we fully manage. How we work
We believe compliance content should be honest.
